Sleep Well!

Join us for this 3 hour workshops on how to improve your sleep!

We will:

  1. Review the science of sleep 

  2. Review what commonly interferes with our sleep 

  3. Discuss practical strategies to improve the quality of your sleep

 

Of course this will be accompanied by a restorative yoga practice and Yoga Nidra to help us release, rest and recover.

When:     Monday, January 29th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Where:    The office of the Yoga MD, 1466 Bathurst St, Suite 306, Toronto ON

               (at the southwest Corner of St Clair West and Bathurst)

 

Cost:       OHIP + $15.00 (to cover non-insured services)
