Nine modules will guide you through the philosophy and practice of Yoga (based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali) to regain your energy, vitality and sense of Self! 

We will meet once a week to practice and review the course content.

You will have access to:

Short videos and audio practices which you can stream from your phone or tablet wherever you are

Gentle restorative yoga asana practices, pranayama, and meditations – choose your length of time or practice live with me

Course content and worksheets to guide you through the process of yoga for transformational change
