Dr. Vaidya grew up in the tradition of Yoga and Ayurveda. She is a Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and Yoga Therapist, certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). She serves as faculty on the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program with the Mohans. She is also Teacher Trained in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and Mindful-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). In her workshops and speaking engagements, she combines the latest in science in Medicine, Stress Physiology and Neuroscience, with the traditional mind-body practice of Yoga. Continuing Education credits are provided at the discretion of the Workshop organizing body.

Dr. Vaidya provides workshops and trainings on Stress, Burnout, Self-Care, and Yoga for:

  • Medical Community

  • Yoga Teachers, Yoga Therapists, and Mindfulness Teachers.
